CLOSED BETA For personal & community Discord servers

Turn every “later”
into a task with one 📌.

Built for gaming Discord owners, admins, guild and clan leaders, moderators, and tournament organizers. Keep the Owner, Assigned to, due date, status, reminders, and original message together in Discord — now with an English interface and a configurable timezone for each server.

“Tomorrow,” “+3 days,” and “+1 week” use your server’s timezone. Discord then displays the deadline in each viewer’s local format.

Free through September 30 Setup takes 10 minutes with us alongside you No separate TASKBOT account needed A LINE version is also available.

Why

Why “I’ll take care of it”
quietly disappears.

01 / The pace of chat

A request scrolls away in five minutes

Small talk and real requests move through the same channel. When you go looking later, nobody remembers where it was said, or when.

02 / Tools nobody opens

The tracker stops being updated

You can set up a proper task tool, but everyone is still only looking at Discord. Copying things across gets tiring, and after a week it stops.

03 / The unassigned gap

“Someone please handle this” means nobody does

A request with no owner and no date resurfaces the night before the event — and chasing it wears out whoever has to ask.

TASKBOT solves all three with a single gesture: adding a 📌.

How it works

As little effort as possible to make a task.

There’s no command to memorize — just one emoji, without leaving the channel.

  1. 01

    Add a 📌

React with 📌 on the message you want to keep. No commands to type, nothing to copy and paste.

    1 task in 0.5s

  2. 02

    It lands in TASK HOME

Set an Owner, Assigned to, a due date and a status from the task card. Open tasks are sorted by whatever is due first.

4 open tasks by due date

  3. 03

It reaches you before the deadline

An automatic notice as the due date approaches, plus a one-tap reminder for when you actually need it.

    configurable reminder manual nudge

Task home

Only what’s open,
sorted by what’s due.

Who is holding what, and what has already slipped — visible at a glance, without scrolling back through the channel.

  • Sorted automatically. Overdue, due today and due this week are colour-coded.
  • Browse up to 10 open tasks per page, with completed tasks kept separately.
  • Complete it from TASK HOME. Every task has a clear Complete button, and completed tasks are kept separately.
  • Jump back to the source. Every task links to the original message.

Reminder

Chasing people shouldn’t be someone’s job.

Asking “is it done yet?” is uncomfortable for everyone involved. Let the bot handle the nudge, and keep your attention on the work itself.

  • Automatic notice before the deadline. It mentions the people under Assigned to as the due date approaches.
  • One-tap reminders. Send a reminder to the task’s assigned members only when you need to.
  • Update it from TASK HOME. Status, due date and completion stay together on the task card.

Setup

Three steps, about two minutes.

If you can manage the server, you can start from the invite link.

  1. STEP 01

    Invite the bot

Open the invite link and pick the server you want it in. There’s no account to create.

  2. STEP 02

Choose TASK HOME, language and timezone

Run setup, confirm the suggested language and server timezone, and choose where tasks are collected. You can change these later in task settings.

  3. STEP 03

    Try a 📌

React to any message. If it shows up in TASK HOME, you’re already using it.

Setup takes 10 minutes. We will join and handle it with you / What you need: permission to manage the Discord server

Security

It stores only messages turned into tasks with 📌.

Your community’s conversations are something you hold in trust. TASKBOT touches the minimum it needs to do its job.

What it stores

  • The body, author and channel of messages marked with 📌
  • Each task’s Owner, Assigned to members, due date and status

What it never stores

  • Messages without a 📌
  • The contents of direct messages
  • Anything shared with third parties or used for advertising

After the bot is removed, that server’s task data is generally deleted after 30 days. See Security and the Privacy Policy for details.

Pricing

Free through September 30.

Ahead of the public release, we’re looking for servers willing to tell us how it actually feels to use.

TESTER — OPEN

¥0/ through September 30

  • Every feature, with no limits
  • Hands-on help with setup
  • Your requests go to the front of the queue
  • A tester discount when the full version launches

WHAT WE ASK

  • Use it on a real server for about one week
  • One 15-minute interview
  • Tell us honestly what breaks or feels awkward

If it isn’t a fit, remove the bot whenever you like.

FAQ

Questions people ask

What happens when the beta ends?

It’s free while the feedback program runs. Once pricing for the full version is decided, beta servers hear about it in advance — nothing switches to paid automatically.

Does it read every message on the server?

No. Only messages with a 📌 reaction are stored. Nothing else is saved or analysed. See Security for the details.

Do I need admin permissions?

Inviting the bot requires permission to manage the Discord server. After that, using it — adding a 📌, viewing tasks — needs no special permissions, and any member can.

Does it work on mobile?

Yes. Add the reaction from the Discord mobile app and it behaves exactly the same. There’s no separate app to install.

Which languages are supported?

TASKBOT’s Discord interface supports Japanese and English. This website is available in Japanese, English, Brazilian Portuguese and Chinese. Switch languages from the top of this page.

What happens to my data if I stop?

After the bot is removed, that server’s task data is generally deleted after 30 days. For individual deletion requests, get in touch.

Closed beta

Try it on your own Discord.
